We bought a new mountain home and saw photos of the gorgeous copper dining tables offered by Custom Copper Works. We connected with Teresa and our trepidations about transacting across a border for a custom piece were greatly eased by her cordiality, customer service and obvious terrific personality. We painstakingly worked through our design order with a few changes – all readily made. In the manufacturing process, there were a few snafus that were worked through with great ease dealing with Teresa as the trusted intermediary. Delivery was amazingly smooth and the pictures show how gorgeous our new table is. The photo does not show how proud we are of ourselves for our brilliant concept! Thank you, Teresa

MY GREAT TABLE! I just want to thank you all for helping my husband and I find the perfect table! We purchased some special chairs that needed the perfect fit for a table. We wanted something rustic - yet refined and classic. We are both very picky (well, I am) and Teresa was so patient and helpful the whole process through! She made sure we got exactly what we wanted and even customized the height of the base (as my husband is extremely tall). The craftsmanship is stunning and it is a piece of furniture that we will be able to enjoy and pass down for generations. Thank you so much!

This is the most beautiful table I have ever seen. The craftsmanship and quality of the materials are excellent. This is not a regular dining table, it's literally a piece of art! As far as the logistics to get the table delivered to our home, we only ran into a hiccup about 300 feet from our driveway: the truck that had our table was too big to come up our hilly driveway. We had to send the table back to the original shipping port (about 1 hr away), but were able to arrange delivery for the following day.  Teresa was very proactive and positive in trying to find a solution to our delivery problem. It is easy for a business to do well when things go smoothly, but one can really tell when a business cares about their customers when unexpected things happen. I felt like Teresa went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, which exceeded my expectations! I recommend this company and their products 100%. Make sure you let Teresa know about your delivery conditions because she can't read people's minds. -- Thank you, Teresa.
