You can customize any design showcased on this website including size, patina color, embossing and more. If you have decided on a design that is not showcased on this website, send us a photo to quote. The images on this website are photo approval images of completed works that have been selected to show you the wide range of design possibilities. For more information, go to Customize.

Q: What is the order process?
The first step is completing the Request a Quote form that appears at the bottom of each Product Detail page. The Product Detail pages are divided into three categories under the link at the top of each page entitled “Shop Copper Design Collections”. — Wood Base Copper Tables, Iron Base Copper Tables, Copper Soaking Tubs. Submit the completed Request a Quote form with your specific design requirements and we will contact you with a current price quote. More info
Absolutely. We work for YOU!
We work for you as your personal representative in the field to insure your custom design meets or exceeds your expectations. You are included in the building process. You receive photos for approval during the building process. When your order is complete you receive detailed photos for final photo approval before we ship. All of the photos on this website are final photo approval images. Here are two examples of our Photo Approval Process.

Q: Am I able to approve my order before it is shipped to me?
Q: How does shipping work?
Orders are shipped from Delores Hidalgo, GTO, Mexico to the US. Orders are received at our receiving warehouse in Laredo TX for pickup by US Carrier. All shipments are fully insured at invoice value. More info.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We use the Paypal, secure payment gateway for invoicing and payment. You do not have to be a member of Paypal to use this service. Paypal accepts all major credit cards. When an order is placed 50% of the product total is invoiced to initiate the order; the balance with shipping is due upon photo approval.
PAYPAL CREDIT... No Interest if paid in full in 6 months on purchases. We use the Paypal payment gateway for credit card processing. When you use PayPal Credit to make your purchase, your purchase is eligible for “No Payments + No Interest if paid in full in 6 months.” Click here for more information.
Bank Transfer — Paypal is now charging .039% merchant fee. Some of our customers elect to make a Zelle or wire transfer into our US bank account to save the .039% merchant fee.
Q: What is the lead time for orders?
Lead time is estimated to be from 8 to 12 weeks. Expedited service is available. Contact the office for details.
Q: How do I care for my copper furniture?
Copper is easy to maintain and it is naturally antiseptic. Follow these simple guidelines to care for your copper furniture.
Send us photos of the base with dimensions and we will customize the copper table top substrate to fit your table base.
Q: I have an existing table base and would like the copper table top substrate to be constructed to fit my base.
